The device can be fully configured via Ethernet or WiFi, using either a standard web browser or dedicated configuration software. It provides routing, filtering, and advanced security features including 802.11i.

The access point supports multiple operating modes: access point, client, repeater, and MESH. It is available in three radio configurations, all supporting 2.4/5 GHz: 802.11/n MIMO 2x2 (A10), 802.11/ac MIMO 2x2 (A11), or a unique dual-radio 802.11/n + 802.11/ ac setup, where one radio builds the MESH backbone while the other functions as a local access point. Power can be supplied via PoE (PoE or PPOE) or directly through dedicated terminals. Housed in rugged Solexy SWA and SWS enclosures with IP66/68 protection and certified by ATEX, IECEx, and North American standards, this solution provides a reliable wireless networking option for Ex-classified areas (gas, dust, and mining), including Zone 1 environments.
